1. Commencement of Return Policy: The 7-day return policy begins from the day you receive your shipment.

2 .Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition. The return shipment should include the official invoice bearing the company's stamp, along with any other pertinent documents.

4. Product Examination: Upon receiving the returned product, our quality assurance team at Shivshakti Gems will conduct a thorough examination to assess its condition.

5. Refund Initiation: Once the product is examined and approved, the refund process will be initiated from our end. Please note that this process may take up to 10 to 12 business days from the date we receive the returned product at our address.

6. Communication of Delays: In the event of any delays from our end, you will be promptly notified via email or text message.


What will not be refunded:

1. Altered Products: Products that have been altered in any manner, such as replaced chipped, nicked, damaged, set, scratched, or have a different weight, will not be eligible for return.

2.Missing Documents: If all the original documents are not included with the returned product, a refund may not be issued.

3. Late Returns: Products returned after the 7-day period following receipt by the customer will not be eligible for return.

4. Additional Charges: Shipping, handling, and appraisal charges (if applicable), as well as card charges/payment gateway charges incurred during the order processing, will not be refunded.

5. Additional Certificates: Any additional lab certificates ordered apart from the complimentary one provided with the gemstone will not be refunded.

6. Custom-Made Items: Custom-made or made-to-order items cannot be returned under the returns policy.

7. Cancellation Charges: If you cancel your made-to-order/custom order, a deduction of 25% of the total purchase price will be applied as making charges.

 

Legal Compliance and Documentation:

This policy is registered with tax authorities and legal agencies. No refunds will be processed in the absence of the original invoice with the company seal. Further communication will not be entertained if any document is missing. For legal compliance, the original invoice must be submitted as proof of refund. All replacements are subject to examination and approval by our team. Damages caused by negligence or improper use are not covered by our Returns and Refund Policy.

Please remember that if you receive a damaged gemstone, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving it because we need to file a claim with the insurance company to be able to return the defective item. It's important and suggested to record a full unpacking video of the gemstone as soon as you receive it and open it. Please remember that we won’t be responsible or liable if the damage is informed to us by later than 48 Hours.
