1.What types of gemstones do you manufacture?
We manufacture and trade all types of gemstones, including Ruby, Sapphires, Emeralds, Semi-precious stones, Glass-filled stones, Synthetics (in all colors), and more.

2.Are your gemstones natural or synthetic?
We deal in all types of gemstone include Natural, Heated, Lab Grown and Synthetic varieties.

3.What are the differences between natural, lab-created, and treated gemstones?

  • Natural Gemstones: Formed naturally in the earth over millions of years without human intervention. They are mined and typically valued for their rarity and natural beauty.
  • Heated Gemstones: Natural gemstones that have been heat-treated to enhance their color and clarity. This process is common and often accepted in the market as it improves the stone's appearance.
  • Lab-Grown Gemstones: Created in a controlled laboratory environment, replicating the natural formation process. They have the same chemical and physical properties as natural stones but are generally more affordable.
  • Synthetic Gemstones: Also made in a lab, synthetic gemstones mimic the appearance of natural stones but differ chemically and physically. They are often used as cost-effective alternatives to natural gems.

4.Do you offer custom gemstone manufacturing services?

5.Can I request specific cuts, shapes, or sizes for gemstones?
Certainly, we tailor gemstones to your specifications. You can order any cuts, shapes, and sizes for any gemstone.

6.Can I request samples of your gemstones before making a purchase?
Yes, we offer paid samples to our customers. If you choose not to purchase after examination, we provide a full refund upon the return of the sample. Refer to our Return & Refund policy for details.

7.Are your gemstones certified?
We sell 100% genuine gemstones and information about them is mentioned on our website. If the customer still wishes for certification from any specific or reputed laboratory/body we will be happy to provide that. Please Note: Cost of any such certifications will have to be bared by the customer.

8.Can I visit your manufacturing facility or showroom?
We would be more than happy to welcome you at our facility. Details for which are mentioned here.

9.Do you collaborate with jewelry designers or retailers for custom projects?
Yes, we do take custom jewellery order. We outsource our jewellery making to our trusted manufacturing partners with whom we have been working  since multiple years. For any such orders please directly reach out us at +91 9326668504 or info@shivshaktigems.com.

10. How do I pay for the custom orders?
Currently we do not offer Payment on Delivery. Payment for custom, made-to-order, or sample orders is required in full in advance. You can pay us through either bank transfer options like RTGS/IMPS/NEFT, UPI or PayPal.

 

Shipping FAQs:

1. How soon will my order be shipped?
Domestic orders (within India) will be dispatched within 2-5 business days depending on the type of delivery you choose of receiving the order, unless otherwise specified on the product page, additional certifications may take 4-5 business days extra.

2. Is my shipment fully secure?
Yes, all shipments are fully insured and prepared with care. We utilize registered and secure shipping methods to ensure your order arrives safely.

3. Can I track my shipment?
Absolutely, tracking your shipment is easy on our website. Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking ID to monitor your order's progress.

4. Are there any hidden costs?
No, the price you see upon ordering is the final price. There are no hidden charges.

5. Do I need to pay shipping/delivery charges?
Within India, there are no shipping charges on purchases above ₹2000. For more details please refer to our Shipping and Handling Charges section in our Shipping policy for details.

6. Can I send gifts to my loved ones?
Yes, you can gift products to your loved ones by reaching out to us for custom packaging. We would add a custom letter on your behalf containing the message that you provide us.

7. What happens if my order is lost in transit?
In the rare event of a lost order, we will track it for 15-20 days. If unsuccessful, a refund will be processed via your chosen payment method.

8. How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary, but typically metro cities receive orders within 3-5 working days, and non-metros within 10 working days. Some external factors may affect delivery schedules in certain areas which is out of our control.

9. What about Customs Charges, Duties, etc.?
We're not responsible for any customs fees imposed by your country. Import duties on gemstones are minimal in most countries. Please consult your local customs office for details.

10. What payment methods do you accept?
We offer all types of payment methods including Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Wallets and Net Banking


    Return & Refund FAQs:

    1. When does the 7-day return period start and end?
    The 7-day period begins upon receipt of the item and expires exactly ten days later. Contact us if you need an extension.

    2. Can I return one of multiple purchased products?
    Yes, any unused product can be returned within the 7-day period for a full refund.

    3. What if I've misplaced the lab certificate and original packaging?
    Full documentation is required for a 100% refund. Contact our customer service for assistance if any items are missing.

    4. Will I be charged Customs Charges, Duties even if I return the item?
